a. Employees are responsible for applying for admission to the approved college or university for the academic degree and for meeting all admission criteria (such as grade point averages and test scores on standardized tests required by the college or university).

b. Employees are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all requirements for the academic degree they are pursuing.

c. Employees are also responsible for all costs associated with admission to the institution, admissions testing (e.g., SATs, GREs) official transcripts, late registration fees, course drop and withdrawal fees, and for graduation fees.
