SECRETARY CLINTON: Good afternoon, everyone. It is indeed a great pleasure for me to welcome back to the State Department National Security Advisor Spanta. I have had the great honor of working with him on behalf of our respective governments when he was a foreign minister, and I’m delighted that our collaboration on behalf of peace and security and prosperity and opportunity for the people of Afghanistan continues.

So welcome once again, sir.

MR. SPANTA: Thank you, Madam Secretary. I am delighted to be back in the – in your Department to thank you very much for hospitality and collaboration of your colleague on – and receiving us here. I’m so happy to come to Washington and have meeting and exchange with American friends. Thank you very much.
