Details: At a briefing in the Ukraine-Ukrinform media centre, Kim noted that as of 12:00, there were no missiles in the Ukrainian skies, but the threat remained.
Updated: The head of Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration reported about five launches at 12:28; the missiles were fired from different planes, from the territory of temporarily occupied Mariupol.
An air raid siren started spreading all over Ukraine.
