4 FAM 061 SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY

a. The 4 FAH-3 H-060 subchapter on authorization procedures addresses the various methods of designating, delegating, appointing, and assigning individuals for purposes of collecting, disbursing, safeguarding funds, and for certifying vouchers for payment.

b. Specific requirements and/or procedures relative to the authorization procedures are contained in 4 FAH-3 H-060.
