QUESTION: Mr. Secretary, when do you expect the mil-mil talks to be scheduled? What’s the hang-up? Why can’t they agree on a time and place – the Russian-American mil-mil talks?

SECRETARY KERRY: Mil-mil talks took place today, and a proposal has been sent and they’re working on the next meeting. And the meeting will happen; I’m confident. Though what’s important is Russia has to not be engaged in any activities against anybody but ISIL. It’s – that’s clear. They’ve made that very clear.
