Secretary Pompeo travels to Rovaniemi, Baghdad, London, and Nuuk, May 5-9.
On May 6, he arrived in Rovaniemi, Finland, where he participated in the Eleventh Ministerial Meeting of the Arctic Council. He also delivered a speech on U.S. Arctic policy.
On May 7, he traveled to Baghdad, where he met with Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abd al-Mahdi and Iraqi President Barhan Salih.
On May 8, he traveled to London. There he met with Prime Minister Theresa May and Foreign Secretary Hunt to discuss shared global priorities. He also gave a speech on the U.S.‑UK Special Relationship.
