Employees shall seek credit from the college or university for appropriate Foreign Service Institute (FSI) courses (e.g., language training, nine-month Economic and Commercial Studies Course), FSI-funded external training courses, previously completed college courses, advanced placement credits, College Level Examination Program (CLEP) credits, and credit for work experience related to their degree programs. Credited courses shall be included in the employees degree plan.
