Kick Off Meeting

The kick off meeting will be conducted within 10 days after execution of the contract, and deposit payment received. This will be led by the assigned PRODUCTION MANAGER for Technicolor, Joe Frey. He will singularly represent the face of Oxcyon, and begin collecting information. Here either Oxcyon can be the Scrumaster, or you may be the scrumaster. Daily, Weekly, or monthly meetings (or all of the above) will be held as scrum meetings. Agile development will be deployed, working from the prioritized list from the project manager. 

Needs assessment, Information Gathering

Entering all tasks into the Project Management system, and defining what data needs to be collected

Installation of Centralpoint

Installation of Centralpoint, including disaster recovery failover, DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, and LIVE SITE

Re-Defining All Digital Channels, Outlets, Microsites

Re-Defining All Digital Channels, Outlets, Microsites. This phase will include setting up all audiences, roles, to serve each outlet of the DIGITAL EXPERIENCE PLATFORM.

Wireframing & CSS of the Designs for each outlet

Wireframing & CSS of the Designs for each outlet, including the Mobile, Accessibility, Pen Testing of each. This will be done in an object oriented way, so that it is easy for you to move real estate around, and add new functions at any time. 

Defining the Content MODULES

Defining the Content MODULES. This phase will articulate the content modules to be used across the entire enterprise, and some for only certain sites within the enterprise. During this phase we will also help to better understand how content INTER RELATES (BETWEEN MODULES), to yield a robust Knowledge Base

Defining ROLES & SECURITY

Defining ROLES & SECURITY, via AD, LDAP, oAUTH (Facebook, Twitter, Google, others)

MPHC - Defining Taxonomy and Roles

MPHC - Defining Taxonomy and Roles. Here we will gracefully manage the CASCADING nature of your data, as it reaches the many websites, and outlets, by virtue of role of each user. 

DATA MIGRATION

DATA MIGRATION of any relevant product, service information. This may also include list management for distribution of emails, or other data to be centralized in the Digital Experience Platform

Integration

Integration will allow for any action within the site, to be integrated (VIA WEB SERVICES, DIRECT DATA CONNECTION or BATCH) to your back office systems. This phase may also leverage WEB API to feed any mobile application or third party systems being used. 

Setting up all forms and workflow

Setting up all forms and workflow, including the routing of each form to the correct workflows, and INTEGRATION with any back office system (or CRM)

Defining CROSSWALKS & Mashups

Setting up the cross referenced cross walks and mash ups within the enterprise. 

Business Intelligence, Reporting & Alerts

Business Intelligence, Reporting & Alerts. This phase will be the set up of all of the business intelligence, reporting and alerts to show the usability of all features within Centralpoint, across each audience or user. 

BETA RELEASE - Test Users

This phase will include volunteer test users at various outlets of the enterprise, to gauge usability, feedback, bug fixes which will be used during final QC Testing, and PRE LAUNCH SIgn Up.

PRE LAUNCH- QC TESTING

All pre launch Senior Level testing to be done prior to TBD, for scheduled launch 30 days prior to actual launch, or TBD

LAUNCH OF NEW ENTERPRISE

LAUNCH OF NEW TECHNICOLOR ENTERPRISE AND ALL SITES......scheduled one month prior to actual deadline, client may elect to wait to launch, but it will be our goal to come in ahead of time schedule. 

CONTINUED & REMOTE SUPPORT

Continued support and updates to the overall project, holding bi weekly update calls and reviews with your project leader. This will also be in line with our bi weekly CENTRALPOINT updates, which will keep your enterprise up to date at all time.
