This is an example of a web page which shows a 'HELP ICON' within (Right Perimeter). This help icon, when pressed would present a unique, personalized menu for each user (by audiences, role, userID, other). This is to simulate how to render information stored and managed in Centralpoint, but presented within the UI of 'another' application (like CRM, Call Center Software, or application) where they need quick access to help and customer service information.

In this example Centralpoint's Web API would serve the appropriate content (Frequently Asked Questions, Re-usable Answers, Intelligent Search) based on the User (Agent or CSR) who has logged in to Salesforce (or other application). This information would be live, and can be sorted based on most popular records, highest used, most recent or other). The menu generated (within the right perimeter) would be unique for each user based on their log in (roles, status).
