a. See 13 FAM 600 for information on determining the eligibility of various non-State individuals to enroll in Foreign Service Institute (FSI) delivered or sponsored training.

b. See 13 FAM 112 for policy on the applicability of tuition charges to the enrollment of various non-State individuals in FSI delivered or sponsored training.

c. Requests for training of eligible family members who are foreign government officials should be referred to the FSI Executive Director (FSI/EX), or designee, for approval.
